How Do I Close/Resolve A Status Event?
Resolving a Status Event is how you can notify your customers that everything is back to normal. To resolve an event Login in your account and navigate to Status Events. Click on the open Event to navigate to the editor for that event.
Click the "Resolve" button and you will be able to select the date/time the event was resolved as well as enter any final comments for it.
Once an event is resolved it is closed and unable to be updated or deleted.
